This Privacy Policy applies to the website at ssmc.ai and to mobile apps and related services published by SSMC Foundry LLC under the SSMC Foundry brand.
2. Website behavior
The website at ssmc.ai does not use advertising trackers by default and does not require cookies to function.
3. App data and accounts
App data practices are feature-dependent. At launch, most SSMC Foundry apps do not require user accounts or logins.
4. Data we may collect
Support communications
When you contact support@ssmc.ai or privacy@ssmc.ai, we may receive your name, email address, message content, and any attachments you send.
Diagnostics and crash reporting
When enabled in our apps, we use Sentry for crash reporting and performance diagnostics. Depending on configuration, diagnostics may include device/app version, timestamps, error details, and technical identifiers used to troubleshoot reliability issues.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases in iOS apps are processed by Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). Purchases in Android apps are processed by Google Play Billing. We may receive limited transaction metadata needed for verification and support.
If we introduce web-based checkout in the future, we may use Stripe as a payment processor and will update this policy.
Basic server logs
We may maintain basic server logs needed for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
5. How we use data

7. Retention
- Support communications are retained as needed for support operations and legal obligations.

9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
10. International processing
Depending on service providers, data may be processed in the United States and in other locations where vendors operate.
