These terms apply to the website at ssmc.ai, mobile apps, and related services provided by SSMC Foundry LLC.
3. Accounts
No account is required at launch for most services. If account features are introduced later, you may be required to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use services for unlawful activity.
- Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with systems or service availability.
- Attempt unauthorized access to data, infrastructure, or accounts.
- Reverse engineer software except where prohibited by applicable law.

The SSMC Foundry name, branding, software, text, and site content are owned by SSMC Foundry LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Third-party services
Our services may rely on third parties, including Apple, Google, and Sentry. If web-based checkout is introduced in the future, Stripe may also be used. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SSMC Foundry LLC disclaims warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SSMC Foundry LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
The total aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, legal compliance, or security.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in California state or federal courts with jurisdiction. These terms do not include a mandatory arbitration requirement.
