These Terms of Service apply to your use of ssmc.ai and SSMC apps and services. By using these services, you agree to these terms. We may revise these terms from time to time, with updates posted on this page.
2. Services covered
These terms apply to the SSMC website, mobile applications, and related support and policy resources provided by SSMC LLC.
3. Accounts
No account is required at launch for most SSMC services. If account-based features are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply, including responsibilities to provide accurate information and keep account access secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful activities.
- Interfere with service stability, integrity, or security.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Reverse engineer software except where prohibited by applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
SSMC branding, content, software, and related materials are owned by SSMC LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
6. Third-party services
Services may rely on third parties, including Apple, Google, and Sentry. If web or cross-platform checkout is introduced later, Stripe may also be used. Third-party terms and policies may apply.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSMC LLC disclaims warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSMC LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Aggregate liability for claims related to services is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or USD $50.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unlawful activity, or security concerns.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in California state or federal courts. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration.
